He is a practicing Architect under the name of Analog Studio, Ahmedabad, with strong expertise in design and planning. As the chief Architect of the new hospital, he plays a key role in shaping its overall structure and functionality. He is actively involved in the design, planning, and construction of the hospital premises, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, he contributes significantly to the project’s success. He is also dedicated to giving back to society by offering his professional services in an honorary capacity, supporting the Trust’s mission.
Mr. Urvish Thakershy
Abhinav Engineers
He is an Architect and a partner at Abhinav Engineers, actively involved in the construction and real estate business. With his strong design expertise and practical experience, he plays a key role in the planning and development of infrastructure projects. He is closely associated with the design and construction of the new hospital premises, contributing to its overall vision and execution. In addition to this, he is actively involved in the inception and development of the hospital. His continuous engagement in day-to-day operations and management supports the smooth functioning and growth of the Trust.
Mrs. Anar Thakershy
Anar Thakershy & Associates
She is the CFO of Thakershy Charitable Trust and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in profession, consulting, and entrepreneurship through her firm, Anar Thakershy & Associates. She has been actively associated with the Trust since 2005, overseeing finance and related matters with expertise and dedication. Her strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and commitment to transparency play a vital role in ensuring the Trust’s stability, efficient operations, and long-term growth in delivering quality healthcare services.
Shri Apoorva Thakershy
Abhinav Engineers
He is the CEO of Thakershy Charitable Trust and a Civil Engineer by education. With a strong background in construction and real estate through his association with Abhinav Engineers, he brings valuable expertise to the organization. Driven by a desire to give back to society, he has taken an active role in the Trust’s initiatives and development. He is closely involved in the construction and planning of the new hospital, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution. His leadership, dedication, and forward-thinking approach contribute significantly to the growth and future vision of the Trust and its healthcare services.
Shri Harishbhai Surti
SMG Hotels, USA
He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and is a successful entrepreneur based in the USA. In 1979, he established the SMG Hotel Group, which has grown to own and operate more than 50 premium brand hotels, including globally recognized names like Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotels. With decades of experience in the hospitality industry, he has served on advisory boards of several franchisors and has been honored with a lifetime achievement award. He has been actively associated with the hospital project for over 30 years, contributing his expertise and guidance towards its growth and success.
Shri Jagdishbhai K Sheth

He is a Director at Atlas Dye-chem India Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. With his strong industry knowledge and extensive professional experience, he brings valuable insights to the Trust’s operations. As a Trustee, he plays a crucial role in guiding the organization with a strategic and thoughtful approach. His expertise and commitment contribute significantly to the growth and development of the hospital. He is the co-founder Trustee of Thakershy Charitable Trust and a Civil Engineer from M.S. University, Baroda. He began his professional journey by establishing Abhinav Engineers in collaboration with Shri Navnitbhai, building a strong foundation in the construction industry. With years of experience and dedication, he has played a vital role in shaping the Trust’s vision and growth. As a close associate and trusted leader, he remains actively involved in the day-to-day management of the organization. His commitment, practical approach, and continuous guidance contribute significantly to the smooth functioning and long-term success of the Trust and hospital.
Shri Navnitbhai Thakershy
Abhinav Engineers
He is the visionary behind the establishment of the hospital, working alongside a dedicated group of friends and well-wishers to bring his vision to life. A Civil Engineer from M.S. University, Baroda, he began his professional journey in 1967 by founding Abhinav Engineers, successfully completing over 100 construction projects. Despite his achievements in the construction industry, he discovered his true calling in serving society. In 1978, he established the Trust and Hospital with a mission to provide accessible healthcare to the community. His strong sense of charity, commitment to social service, and leadership continue to inspire and guide the Trust’s activities even today, ensuring that quality care reaches those in need.
Shri Rasheshbhai Desai
Wagh Bakri Tea Group
He is a Mechanical Engineer by education and serves as the Managing Director of GTPPL, widely recognized for the renowned Wagh Bakri Tea brand. With strong leadership skills and extensive industry experience, he actively contributes to the management and strategic growth of the organization. His visionary approach and dedication play a key role in guiding the hospital towards achieving its mission. He remains deeply involved in decision-making processes and continuously works towards strengthening the Trust’s objectives. His commitment, experience, and forward-thinking mindset ensure the sustained growth, development, and success of the hospital and its services.
